Assistant Attorney - Child Support Enforcement
Vaughn Wallace is the managing attorney for the Warren County Child Support Office. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Western Kentucky University in 1993, and in 1998, received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Vaughn started his legal career as a staff attorney (law clerk) for the Warren Circuit Court. After his clerkship ended, Vaughn worked as a public defender for the Department of Public Advocacy, where he represented indigent clients in Warren, Simpson, and Allen counties. Vaughn left the public defender’s office in 2002 to accept a position as an associate attorney at the law firm of Coffman & Kirwan. Returning to public service in 2003, Vaughn spent the next eleven years prosecuting felony cases at the Warren County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office. In 2014, Vaughn began prosecuting traffic, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases at the Warren County Attorney’s Office. Currently, his practice focuses exclusively on child support enforcement.
