Rebecca Gibson is a native of Bowling Green, Kentucky. She earned a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree at Western Kentucky University. She is a graduate of the Southern Illinois University, School of Law. She served as public defender before joining the Warren County Attorney’s Office in 2004.
