Child Support Staff
Carol Castro has worked in all areas of child support and is currently providing customer service for the Warren County Child Support Office. Carol has been employed with the Warren County Child Support Office for 17 years and is originally from Burkesville, Ky. Carol's goal is to work for the best interest of the children of Warren County so they may have a greater quality of life.
Lisa Clark is assigned as an enforcement/collection caseworker in Judge Catherine Holderfield's Family Court. Lisa has been employed with the Warren County Child Support Division since 2007. Lisa says, "My personal prayer and most sincere wish is that no child, anywhere, would ever do without even the most basic of needs. I am fortunate and honored to be a part of an organization that works so hard to help fulfill the needs of the children of this community."
Shannon Durbin is the Director of the Paternity Establishment in Warren County. Shannon is a 2002 graduate of Western Kentucky University. Shannon started working for the Child Support Division in 2002‚ left for a small time in 2007, but we got her back in 2008! She has managed the Paternity docket since this time and has assisted many children and parents in Warren County. Shannon is married to Jeremy and has a daughter, Mollie.
Paula Madison Hayes
Paula Madison Hayes began her work in the legal field in February 1985 and began working child support in February, 1997 in Grayson County as both an establishment and enforcement caseworker. Warren County was lucky enough to get Paula in April, 2007. Paula is the Office Manager.
Darenda Hehn began her career with the Child Support Division in June 1997. Darenda has worked in several capacities, but currently is an enforcement/collection caseworker in Judge Margaret Huddleston's Family Court. Darenda is married and has two children. Darenda is very active with her children and can be found at ballgames every weekend and most weeknights.
Tammy Manley is the Foster Care Caseworker Specialist at the Child Support Division. Tammy is a graduate of Warren East High School. She is married to Greg and has two children. Tammy is a huge fan of her children's sports. She and her family enjoy camping together.
Christy Trent is the Interstate Case Manager as well as an enforcement/collection caseworker in Judge Catherine Holderfield's Family Court. Christy handles all cases in which the child is out of state and another state is requesting assistance from our Court system. Christy is a single parent and understands the demands on a single parent. Christy has every child's best interest at heart. Christy has two daughters and spends almost all her free time watching them excel at softball, basketball and exhibition jump rope.
Jenilyn Hall was born in Louisville but grew up in Frankfort and graduated from Western Hill High School. She began her career with the Warren County Child Support Office in 2007 and is now a collection/enforcement worker in Judge Margaret Huddleston's Family Court.
Kim Potter began working as a wage withholding specialist for Warren County Child Support in 2012. She is also an assistant in paternity. Kim is a graduate of Bowling Green High and Western Kentucky University. She is married with two children who keep her busy with their various sports.
Margaret Jones is a part time receptionist and assistant to our enforcement workers. She began working for Warren County Child Support in January 2010. Margaret is a graduate of Warren East High School and is married with two children and five grandchildren. Margaret and her husband are very active in the lives of their children but most of all she enjoys watching her grandchildren in school events and sports. She feels very fortunate to be working with such a hard working group that strive to meet the needs of our children.
Brenda Sublett previously worked for the Warren County Attorney's Office on a full time basis and is now a part time file clerk for the Warren County Child Support Office.
Asher Sullivan is originally from Burkesville, Kentucky. He began working for Warren County Child Support as a runner in September 2012. Asher is currently a full time student at Western Kentucky University.
Sara Stephens has been the receptionist at the Warren County Child Support Office since June 2013. She is a lifelong resident of Warren County and a 2011 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. In her spare time Sara enjoys reading, traveling, and crafts.
